It is my pleasure to welcome you to Bridgerland Applied Technology College (BATC). We are one of the nine colleges that comprise the Utah College of Applied Technology (UCAT). We serve the Logan, Box Elder, and Rich regions. Training programs at BATC offer an Associate of Applied Technology (AAT) Degree, a UCAT Certificate of Completion, or a BATC Campus Certificate of Proficiency.

Bridgerland Applied Technology College offers open-entry/open-exit, individualized, competency-based skills training, allowing high school and adult students to master required skills at their personal learning pace. We offer training at no tuition for high school students and low tuition for adult students.

Our professional faculty is fully committed and prepared to ensure that each student is afforded the best opportunity to achieve highest skill levels possible for success in their chosen training area. Our “Employment Through Training” philosophy has proven effective over the decades in consistent job placement rates of 90 percent or higher.

A major contributor to our success has been the close working relationship we enjoy with business and industry in the region. The input of program-specific local industry advisory committees has allowed us to develop industry-standard quality curriculum. This, coupled with state-of-the-art equipment and facilities, has resulted in Bridgerland being recognized as one of the flagship regional colleges in the Utah College of Applied Technology system.
